How soon will my order get here?
How much is shipping?
We have two flat-rate options available:
Choose Super-Saver $6 flat rate shipping, and your order will ship within 72 hours via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Choose Express Guaranteed $11 flat rate shipping, and orders placed before 2pm ET ship today via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
We also support two-day and next-day shipping options
Choose FedEx 2 Day, and orders placed before 2pm ET ship today. Prices generally start at $20.
Choose FedEx Priority Overnight, and orders placed before 2pm ET ship today. Prices generally start at $40
Can I ship on my own UPS / FedEx / etc. account?
Absolutely. Call or email info@chromalabel.com with the account number you'd like shipping billed to, and we'll remove our shipping rate in the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Each country will have a different rate that is automatically generated after you put your shipping address in the shopping cart.

Can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are instantly emailed to you once the orders ships!

Can I return my order?
Yes. Our policy is 30 days, no questions. Read the details of our Return Policy.
Can I place an order with Purchase Order / Invoice?

Can I pay via ACH (bank account) instead of credit card?
Yes, we do offer ACH (direct transfer) payments over the phone. If you'd like to pay in this way, please chat or call our great customer service representatives, and they'll get you set up!
Can you keep my card on file for future orders?
Sorry, no. For your protection, we don't store your card information in our system. But you can easily check out using Shop Pay, which does store your card info at your request!
We are a tax-exempt organization - do I have to pay sales tax?
Send in tax-exempt form/certificate to info@chromalabel.com.

I have a question about rewards....
Your rewards points never expire! 100 points = $1 off your purchase.
You can redeem your points using the box on the bottom left - then you'll get a coupon code that you can click to apply to your current purchase, or save for later!
Rewards are gained with current and future purchases - at this time, we cannot "backdate" rewards.
You can transfer rewards from one email address to another if you've used different emails to purchase from us, but at this time, they are non-transferrable between individuals. Just chat or call us to let us know if you need your points combined!

I can't tell what color I need - is the color I'm seeing on the screen accurate?
Colors on a screen are not very accurate, because all monitors display color differently. We're glad to send you a free color swatch in the mail so you can perfectly judge our colors!

I need to order a lot - do you have unpublished (bulk) quantity discounts even more than what I'm seeing online?
We're glad to discuss that with you - and in most cases, yes!

Why are my labels not lining up?
Usually you can change the paper type to "heavy paper" in printer settings - that often does the trick!
Why is the template pulling up blank?
There are 2 possible solutions to this - first, go to layout then view gridlines OR exit out of the template and re-download

How much tape do I need to purchase for repairing a book?
We generally suggest that the binding tape wrap the book spine 1/2" on either side. For example, if the book spine is 1" wide, then we recommend buying a 2" wide roll of binding tape.
