Here are three SIX tools / tips to make you feel better at work, and less hangry at home:

Breakfast - Skip the gas station donut, or the toaster strudel. Start the day with delicious protein, that takes just a minute:

I get it, the apple strudel is great.  But then you crash, and you call your boss a moron in a status meeting.
Instead, take literally a minute the night before, and prep some overnight oats.  You can make it healthy, add protein, craisins, honey, seeds, whatever you'd like - or go classic, and just keep it simple with yogurt, oats, milk, and maple syrup!  Here are some great recipes:

BONUS TIP: Don't have time for that? While more expensive, these pouches are even faster and easier!

Love the idea of feeling ready to tackle the day?ChromaLabel can make every day like that!

Snack: Option 1: Vending machine.  Option 2: Energy Balls

Seriously, just as tasty, and easy to make ahead on the weekend.  Pop these in the fridge, put a few in a bag, and you've got energy, craving satisfaction, and the power to work through the mid-morning and mid-afternoon slump!
And they're SO easy to make!

BONUS TIP: Don't have time for that? While more expensive, these Kodiak energy bars are tasty and have tons of protein!

Lunch - The biggest problem for food at the office.  Here are two easy resources - but above all, NO FISH IN THE MICROWAVE!

EatingWell.com has 45 inexpensive lunch recipes that travel well.  Some of them are more fixy than others - but there are a few in here that I've tried and take just a few minutes to prep: The Turkey Apple Cheddar Sandwich is one of my personal favorites!

BONUS TIP: Don't have time for that? While more expensive, these Huel packs are the grown-up (and healthy) equivalent to our college staple - ramen!

Here's our favorite all-in-one tool for the office:

Take a roll of tape with you!  Our removable tape is sturdy, but doesn't leave a mark.

Tape down papers outside, label your gear, even wrap cables!
