I'm very pleased with the communication and turn around time. I like how you send a proof because when placing the order and getting the proof there's a big difference in the font size. Quick to get the proof, ask for a larger size and getting another proof was very fast. The first order seemed to take a few days longer then this last order I placed. I just figured it was a first time customer setup time.

We needed "NEW" tape in blue and green. This worked perfectly. The tape leaves little, to no, residue after being on the books for at least 6 months. And, the tape does not tear the cover of paperback books when removed.
