The overall experience that I had was very good at the day I called they were having trouble with their phone cutting out and so forth and not completing a call, but I was persistent and called back and I was sure glad that I did. I talked with a very nice lady. It was a trainee, but yet she treated me as if I were her only customer, and she helped me immediately with what I wanted we I decided to get the circle round to put on the top of the medication lids of medication’s some of our elderly people have to take so much meds and it’s very hard sometimes to find the meds quickly and then take it down from there to administer so that’s what it’s for and I think it’s a good idea to pass on to you as a business.
